This artisan Tampesta Albarin is from the DO Tierra de Leon in North Western Spain. It’s a lovely full flavoured wine with body and good mouth feel, having been aged on the lees. Very fresh and natural on the long finish, made by expert Galician winemaker Luis Buitrón, vice-president of the Spanish Federation of Winemakers and president of the Association of Oenologists of Galicia. This vintage is excellent once again.

A no added sulphite, very limited production 100% Grenache fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Clear ruby with some legs. Strawberry and cherry flavours, full in the mouth but not heavy. Smooth and velvety with gentle natural acidity, very easy drinking.
On first sip this wine is quite subtle but very quickly grows on you!

This organic Cazot Blanc from Boris Kovac and David Serodes is a delicious blend fermented in stainless steel with a small portion of the wine then aged in new French oak.
The wine is a clear pale gold. Big nose with melon aromas then concentrated melon flavours on the palate. Quite full in the mouth but not heavy or cloying. Finishes clean and fresh.
Great with pretty much any summer food from salads to buttered fish, or just enjoy on it’s own.

The grapes are sourced from two premier vineyards in the Uco Valley, fermented in part in oak for complexity, and the rest in stainless steel for freshness.
