Fantastic – produced organically but not certified.
Pale in colour, almost clear, with an excellent fine mousse. Good fizz in the mouth with apple, pear and citrus flavours, soft gentle acidity and a bone dry finish.
This is great wine, made in the traditional Champagne bottle fermented style, up there with the best of English sparkling wines – but at a fantastic introductory price to launch Martin’s first ever vintage!
Only 342 bottles produced – so get some while you can!

Wye’s Owl Valley Mist Brut is a traditional method natural sparkling, blending Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay. A Healthy fizz and plenty of Green apple up front, with elegant depth and elongated finish helped by our Chardonnay. 18 months lees aging contributes to a classic hint of biscuit and pleasant mouthfeel. It’s unfiltered with 30mg/l sulphite added to retain freshness, and a 10mg/l dosage at disgorgement for an approachable sweetness level.
