Wye’s Owl is an amazing new brand of English no added sulphite wines, hand produced in tiny numbers.
Pale red showing lovely fruit on the palate with just a hint of vanilla. Noticeable Pinot Noir flavours finishing soft and dry. This is an excellent lighter wine that can be served chilled if desired.

Wye’s Owl Red Moon is produced with our Rondo grapes, a hybrid variety, blended with some of our Pinot Noir. Inspired by a red harvest moon burning low and bright in the sky in September, over the rolling hills and the path of the River Wye. Rondo grapes were pressed, blended, and fermented using natural yeast in stainless steel to develop this light, fruity red. Expect a beautiful opaque ruby, redcurrants and strawberry, and subtle tannins which contribute to complexity and mouthfeel for this enjoyable alfresco aperitif red. Red Moon shows its true colours when served chilled, not cold, and pairs well with spiced dishes that balance its fruity notes. Red Moon is unfiltered with no added sulphites, allowing the unique character of its grapes to fully develop its aromas.
