Wye’s Owl Organic Pinot Noir was fermented on the skins, after crushing, then pressed, before aging in oak barrels to enhance complexity whilst maintaining its fresh, fruity aromas and softening tannins. Our pinot noir grapes soak up the last of the final sunshine over the wye valley, to maximise the wine’s body and flavours. Expect a light red wine with plum and autumn fruits and relaxed tannins for an appealing finish. Our Pinot Noir celebrates the unique complexity of the variety when grown in cooler climates. It is unfiltered with no added sulphites to allow the character of the grapes to lead in its flavours. Best enjoyed at room temperature, or can be chilled.
