The Sangiovese Bianco is a long favourite of our customers with good body and plenty of flavour. Then the Savoir Etre is a fuller Chardonnay based blend ideal with turkey, The Metamorphosis is a big hit with our regulars, a delicious Rhone blend in the fruit forward style, the Tinto Abel is made from Bobal again in the fruitier lighter style, then we finish with a long standing favourite Pinot Noir. The Blanco de Roberto is an unadulterated Sauvignon, crisp and clean with good fruit but with only gentle natural acidity. The Recuerdame is a gourmet wine with good body and a long lingering finish perfect with the turkey. Then there’s three fantastic reds – the limited Malcaracter Ribera del Duero, powerful and savoury in style with a dry finish, ideal with beef (or a cheeseboard), the Morelino Riserva is a beautiful Sangiovese blend aged 8 months in barriques which is perfect with turkey, and the Mayrac Diletante is a super smooth Syrah great with any roast and also pair it with chocolate puddings.
