GWO Introductory White Wine Case

A pre-mixed case of six high quality, low sulphite white wines to demonstrate what makes our wines different to those found with the mainstream retailers. These wines are all made by small passionate wineries with an emphasis on low intervention and manipulation, using only the bare minimum of chemicals/additives.

These wines are all delicious and keenly priced as we import all these directly ourselves. This is a good way for anybody new to our site and who is undecided on what to choose, to discover the difference drinking good quality healthy wines can make.

This case includes one bottle each of:

Mauricio Lorca Block One Chardonnay

Pale gold in colour with noticeable oak on the nose. Big and buttery in the mouth but not heavy. The oak is well balanced and integrated.

Fledge Fume Blanc

Big and round for a Sauvignon with bags of flavour, yet gentle natural acidity.  It was both barrel fermented and barrel matured, then bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Tampesta Maneki D.O Tierra de Leon

Full, rich and round in the mouth with noticeable peach flavours, ending with a long nutty finish.

Boplaas Gamka Branca

Pale gold in colour with wonderful clarity. Full in the mouth with a melange of fruit flavours, delicate balanced acidity and a very long bone dry finish. This is a great wine!
