La Cayetana is the project of Emilia Soler, wife of Eduardo Soler of Ver Sacrum. She makes these amazing wines in her converted garage!
Tiny production hand harvested 100% Pinot Noir from Vista Flores, regarded as the finest vineyard area in Argentina. Aged for 12 months in French oak.
Pale, clear ruby. Soft red fruits upfront, full in the mouth and very smooth. The high altitude natural acidity cuts in on the finish refreshing the palate.
