Champagne Linard Gontier NV Brut

This is a great Champagne. The old school presentation may not catch the eye the way many of the flash new Proseccos do, but don't be put off by the appearance, it's a lovely wine. It's full flavoured with initial sweetness followed by a really crisp, light finish. A very fine, lively mousse with great balance as the acidity is tempered by the fruit. With big brand Champagnes like Moet and Veuve now retailing at over £30 this is a real bargain for Champagne fans - virtually half the price for a far far superior wine!
