Made from our 2 oldest Syrah and Cabernet Franc vines, planted from East to West, we only harvest the bunches displayed on the South face, benefiting from maximum sunshine.
While the nose reveals notes of black fruit, pepper and chocolate, the mouth surprises with the quality of its silky tannins and its long finish.
Food / wine pairing : grilled meat, shoulder of lamb, cheeses…

An absolute bargain. This wine has that silky smooth creaminess you’d expect of a good Puligny-Montrachet. Beautiful. A hidden gem.
