Domain Berry Althoff Syrault

A fantastic wine from Robin Althoff and his wife Imogen (both of Chateau Costes Cirgues) who are making small batch wines from parcels of grapes from their friends vineyards. They’ve changed their trading name from Quai la Raisins to Berry – Althoff.

This Syrault is very easy to drink!

Just received stock of the 2025. Clear ruby in colour with some legs. Enticing nose. In the mouth red fruits upfront, soft and round, finishing a bit darker with a little spice. Absolutely lovely, gentle natural acidity and at only 12% abv it’s not too big or punchy. It’s rare to get quality wines from the South of France at only 12% – this is immensely quaffable!
