There is nothing small about our Petit Saint Jacques! This Pays d’Oc white is vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve purity of fruit. Aromatic on the attack with a focus on freshness and zesty citrus fruit. There is a roundness on the palate of white peaches and cassia flowers and our signature long mineral finish.
