Audacia Chenin Blanc 2021 – No Added Sulphites, is a brand new wine from Trevor at Audacia, produced via his patented method of using the native plant Roobois as an anti-oxidant, negating the need for any added sulphites.

It has already been awarded a gold medal (Gilbert & Gallard) and Trevor assures us it is up to his usual very high standards. I will post my tasting notes as soon as I can.

Bright yellow straw. Smoky and toasty nose with hints of stone fruit. Pineapple and litchi on the palate with a crisp and tangy finish. Refreshing and elegant. A refined wine that will age well.
