This is Atamisque’s Serbal range – unoaked wines, fresh and clean at an affordable price.

Pale gold in colour, peachy aromas, so you may expect it to be like their Chardonnay or Viognier.

Intense fruit upfront, with the sauvignon element showing, a little greener and crisper with good palate cleansing acidity on the finish.

It makes a fantastic addition to their other two slightly fuller, softer whites, for those who want something more crisp with more bite.
