Domaine Mayrac Organic Poemes Blanc
Mayrac opted to ad a tiny amount of sulphites to the 2025 wine due to bad weather at harvest. The level is absolutely minimal at just 8ppm Free SO2.
Clear gold in colour showing some legs as it has some body. In the mouth it is clean and fresh, citrus with some peach, gentle acidity and a long dry finish.
