Undurraga Lo Abarca Sauvignon Blanc
The Terroir Hunter wines are tiny production from individual vineyard plots specially selected to showcase Chile's ability.
This Sauvignon from Lo Abarca comes from a tiny vineyard producing just 670 cases.
The grapes were part barrel fermented (20%) and aged on lees for five moths producing a rounder style complex wine. It has been very highly awarded and previous vintage won Best White Wine in Chile at the International Wine Challenge.
