This is a fantastic organic Rose Cava. Lovely strawberry flavours with a hint of sweetness, fine mousse then a nice dry finish.

In the mouth it is full, round and fruity, again with soft natural acidity, and a long mineral finish which cleanses the palate making you want more.

Lovely flavours, soft and gentle acidity, pure and clean with low sulphite content.
Cazot Blanc Organic, Vallee des Aigles, Serodes & Kovak
The wine is a clear pale gold. Big nose with melon aromas then concentrated melon flavours on the palate. Quite full in the mouth but not heavy or cloying. Finishes clean and fresh.

The renowned Rhone trio of grape varieties “GSM” (Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre).
Merlot, Mourvedre and Carignan lightly pressed to extract only the free run juice so very low in tannins. This produces a soft and fruity, very easy drinking wine.
