Organic Christmas Case 1
Six excellent organically certified, handcrafted wines. The Cava is a new wine for us – really fine mousse, lovely flavours and gentle acidity, delicious! The Sangiovese Bianco is a long favourite of our customers with good body and plenty of flavour. Then the Savoir Etre is a fuller Chardonnay based blend ideal with turkey, The Metamorphosis is a big hit with our regulars, a delicious Rhone blend in the fruit forward style, the Tinto Abel is made from Bobal again in the fruitier lighter style, then we finish with a long standing favourite Pinot Noir. So all the reds here are more red fruit than savoury, low in tannins and very easy drinking for Christmas lunch.
