Costes Cirgues Cremant de Marinas Blanc sulphite free wine
Costes Cirgues Cremant de Marinas Blanc is a new wine from David. Please note it does say "contains sulphites" on the label. This is because some sulphites are produced naturally during the secondary fermentation. However these are in tiny amounts and harmless so the wine can still be treated as sulphite free.

Costes Cirgues Cremant de Marinas Blanc
Tiny production. This year they have opted to make a White sparkling wine rather than their Rose, from Ugni Blanc grapes.
Pale gold in colour with green highlights. A fine, persistent mousse of tiny bubbles. Flavours of honey with a hint of biscuit and a flinty finish.
