Atamisque Assemblage

Atamisque Assemblage is a superb Bordeaux blend from Tupungato in the Uco Valley in Mendoza. This is the flagship wine of Bodega Atamisque and consists of 50% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot.

The winery was designed on a gravity system to avoid the use of pumps. The grapes from the low yielding vines were hand harvested into small boxes to avoid damage then underwent a rigorous selection at the winery. The wine was subsequently aged for 16 months in new French oak. It's a full flavoured wine with power and elegance combined, very smooth with a very long finish.

Highly recommended.
