Muscadet De Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 'la Sablette' 2005 75cl 12% abv. Gold Medal winner at the Concours Generale Agricole 2006. The grapes are sourced from the best 'terroirs' of the premier Sevre et Maine region of Muscadet. This wine is subtle, light and elegant. It is best suited to accompany food, ideally fresh seafood, which really brings out it's delicious, delicate flavours. Be careful not to overchill though. Try it with some garlic king prawns.
