Tim Knappstein Riposte Pinot Noir - 'The Sabre', Adelaide Hills. The name's a bit of a joke here by Tim, the region's supreme Pinot Noir afficianado. He sold his business including trading name, but subsequently was unhappy with the rapid decline in quality from the new owners. So he started making wine again with some opposition from the new owners, hence the 'Riposte'!
